Technician
I understand websites, data, integrations and what development needs for good decisions. But I do not consider technical complexity a value in itself.
About Me
I am a trained engineer from CTU FEL, a former programmer and marketer. I do not see a website only as a medium or data only as a report. I care about how the whole system helps a company win and retain customers—and what it costs.
I started my first self-employed hardware and software support business in 1996. Two years later, I founded a company focused on websites and technical support for businesses. I programmed, led technical people and gradually discovered that a functioning solution alone is not enough.
A website can be fast and clear, but without an offer, a connection to sales and measurement, it is only a well-built machine without work. That is why I gradually moved into marketing and my own internet projects.
On your own projects, you cannot hide behind the number of clicks. Costs, revenue, team capacity and poor decisions show up directly. That experience determines what I ask clients about today.
I understand websites, data, integrations and what development needs for good decisions. But I do not consider technical complexity a value in itself.
I work with the offer, customer journey, content, campaigns, email and automation—always in connection with a company’s specific situation.
I know the moment when you must choose between two good ideas because money and capacity are not limitless. You cannot learn that from a presentation.
IT self-employment, a web and technical-support company, and completion of CTU in IT graphics.
Leading technical teams, founding Zapakatel.cz, selling a stake and moving to independent marketing consulting.
Founding SimpleShop.cz and DreamROI.cz; experience building and growing my own online products.
Webinars, expert talks, development of agency work and the Internet Marketing Club, and using AI in marketing tools.
The first English resources focus on measurement, international AI visibility and the decisions teams need to make around them. More material will be localised selectively, with its original context and review date preserved.
When I write about a change in search or analytics, I do not only want to rewrite the documentation. I am interested in what the company needs to decide differently because of that change.
