Work with Me

Before we add another campaign, let us find out what is worth doing at all.

I most often come in when marketing is not broken, but has stopped being clear. Something works, something is merely kept alive, and company leadership needs to decide where to put money, people and attention.

Typical moments when it makes sense to get in touch

You have an agency, specialists or your own marketing team. Outputs are being produced, but priorities change faster than results. Every channel has its explanation and no one owns the whole.

Or you are facing a bigger decision: a new website, a measurement change, content strategy, automation or AI. You do not want to buy another solution just because it sells well.

In both cases, we start the same way: we name the decision that needs to be made and the evidence we have for it.

Three ways collaboration can make sense

Unpack one decision

When it makes sense: When a specific topic keeps returning to meetings and everyone has a different answer.

What we address together: We assemble the context, data, options, risks and conditions for the decision.

What remains in the company: The company retains a clear recommendation: do it, verify it, defer it or do not do it—including why.

Align the marketing system

When it makes sense: When the problem is not in one channel but in the connection between website, campaigns, content, measurement and sales.

What we address together: I review the current state, weak points, dependencies and economics. Together, we select priorities and the order of steps.

What remains in the company: The company retains a decision map, a continue–fix–stop list and measurement used to adjust the plan.

Ongoing sparring for leadership

When it makes sense: When marketing involves more people and leadership needs to hold the course regularly rather than take over operations.

What we address together: At a regular cadence, we evaluate new information, changes in results and the decisions ahead of the company.

What remains in the company: Fewer reactive changes, clearer accountability and a clear reason why the plan changes.

What remains after the collaboration

I do not want the value to remain only in a good conversation. The form of the output varies by situation, but the company should always know what was decided and what will be monitored.

  • a named problem and its connection to the business objective
  • priorities in order, not a list of everything that could be done
  • a decision on which activities continue, which are verified and which end
  • metrics and signals by which we will recognise progress
  • an owner for the next step and the moment when we revisit the decision

What not to expect from me

I am not a production line for campaigns, articles or presentations. If you need pure execution in one channel, a specialist with a clear brief will be more effective.

I do not promise rapid growth without context. Sometimes a decision proves right in revenue; other times in lower costs, lower risk, or in the company stopping payment for something unnecessary.

And I will not confirm a preselected tool simply because a budget already exists for it. First it must pass the question of what problem it solves.
